Hotep Brothers & Sisters!
When my elders Peter & Keisha Evans tell us that they know someone must be ready to take their place to protect our community they also took action to partner with young people to insure the success of our struggle. In this video you saw young adults but know that those young adults already had years of experience because of YUCA's work and vision to teach 9th & 10th grade youth of color how to organize so that they can bring environmental justice to their community. Even if takes years, justice fought for will be justice won. A shout out to DEBUG and YouTube for providing space for new voices.
